The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - right next to a mall with lots of great restaurants. the room was really spacious and comfortable with a mix of Chinese and western breakfast options.
The view from our room was not ideal, facing a roofed courtyard which made it feel very enclosed. there was very little English spoken, which made it difficult to get assistance and navigate the area.

All in all excellent value for money. Room was good sized and met the demands. The hotel was so close to such local attractions as diwang. Guomao subway station was easy walk to the property;)))

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their English communication skills were excellent. The location was perfect, with a mall just across the street. We highly recommend trying the food court there, as there are many great restaurants to choose from. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The breakfast served in the hotel was outstanding, offering a delightful mix of both Western and Chinese dishes.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a lively neighborhood. There were so many great eating places nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals. the hotel was also close to shopping facilities, which was convenient for me. the room was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax after a long day. the staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.
The walls were a bit thin, and I could sometimes hear noises from the neighboring rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to many great eating places and shopping facilities. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though they had difficulties with English.

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The wifi worked well and the location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. We also enjoyed the nearby food court with a variety of tasty options. it was a decent place to stay during our New Year celebration.
It was a bit of a letdown that the staff didn't speak much English and signage was only in Chinese which made asking for help very difficult. the food at the hotel restaurant was below average and not worth the price, but there are several good dining options close by.
